What you see on our website is made by hand and hand finished knitwear therefore the time it takes between when the order is made and when you receive your item can vary between products.
All our orders are gift wrapped, however we use only biodegradable, recyclable or recycled packaging, and work with only responsible delivery providers. Our courier is carbon neutral, and we also use Royal Mail where part of the delivery process is often done on foot.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 14 working days. Your item will be sent by the following methods:
United Kingdom
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery
Please allow 1-3 working days from when you receive your shipping confirmation email for your order to arrive.
International Orders
For international orders the recipient will be responsible for any import duties / taxes and customs formalities.

Shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked International Tracked that takes 5 - 10 days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Rest of the World
£20 Fixed rate
Shipped with Royal Mail’s International Tracked or Tracked and Signedservice that takes 5 - 10 days. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Other Info
Finesse Knits is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of FinesseKnits to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If you do have a query on the international shipping rates or anything else, please contact us mail@finesseknits.com before you order and we can provide a more accurate quote based on the items you plan to order.
Missing parcels, delivery disputes or problems with delivery need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of the shipping date, after this date we can accept no responsibility for missing or lost items.
